The Program:
A team building program that not only makes better workers but can also bring joy to a child! Now that’s a program with
tangible results!
Working in teams your group solve a variety of exciting challenges and mind bending puzzles that will earn them the parts to
build a bike or trike. Some are essential parts of the bike but others are optional such as decorations, bells and bike stands.
When time expires teams wheel their bicycles onto the stage where judges select the best built, best decorated bike and the winning
team is announced.
But this team building event goes beyond boosting morale and improving communication. This is an extraordinary way to infuse a
sense of community and good will into your group as the bikes they build are donated to an organization such as the Boys and Girls Club,
Bikes for Tykes or another charity of your choice.
