It’s that time of year again, the Holiday Season, a time for parties, gift giving and good will towards men. It’s a time of joy. It’s a time of merriment. It’s a time of stress!!! So much stress that it might even drive some to… homicide!?
Your Holiday Planning Committee, chaired by Jack (Frosty) Frost, has planned a one-of-a-kind Holiday Party for your company this year. There’s going to be great food. There’s going to be a DJ. There’s going to be sing-a-longs and dancing and drinking and murder and merriment and… Whoa! MURDER? There’s going to be a murder!? Well, that IS a one-of-a-kind Holiday Party! Warning! Frosty the Dead Man pokes fun at Political Correctness. Not to worry though, we have years of experience performing at corporate events and are very aware of what is acceptable and what is inappropriate.
THE INGREDIENTS: Frosty the Dead Man has a cast of zany characters that perform between the courses of your meal interacting directly with the audience at their tables. The cast is lead by a stand-up comedian who plays the role of detective. It is the Detective’s job to keep the plot moving, keep firing the jokes, and keep the audience on the trail of the killer. For smaller groups the mystery includes a musician while for groups of 50 or more persons it includes a DJ so you can get straight to the dancing once the killer has been caught. If you’d prefer not, that’s okay too, our DJ doesn’t mind packing up and going home early once the mystery is over.
HOW IT WORKS: Frosty the Dead Man is designed to be performed during a meal and includes plenty of comedy, music and audience participation. Each table works as a team to collect clues, question suspects and solve the mystery. The first scene takes place in the cocktail hour before dinner. Subsequent scenes take place between courses. The main portion of the show takes place after dinner when the suspects are questioned, the tables are given a chance to submit their solutions, and a winning team is declared.
DURATION: The mystery runs the length of the meal plus one hour (approx. 3 hours in total)
SPACE REQUIREMENTS: A private dining area large enough to accommodate your group. For groups of 50 or more guests we include a DJ so if you’d like to include dancing after the mystery you will also need a dance floor.
GROUP SIZE: 20 – 200 persons
