Move It, Or Lose It!

AG-RFP-Button One of our new Health & Wellness programs, this team building program uses movement and dance to energize your group, encourage creative thinking, boost morale, and improve team work and cooperation.  This fun, non-threatening program uses movement techniques to build teams.  No experience in dance is required.

NGMoveItHave you ever wanted to moon walk like Michael Jackson, leap like a ballet dancer, or Hip Hop with the best of them?  Well…  you won’t learn that from us but you will learn to move and work together in a safe and fun way.

Imagine putting movement to a famous quote from a movie?  For example: What movements would your team create for the quote, “Frankly Scarlet, I don’t give a damn!” or “Go ahead, make my day!”  Other fun movement games include Museum, Human Knot, and Step through the Black Hole. This is a unique, memorable team building program that will energize, boost morale, improve cooperation and it’s healthy.  Remember, if you don’t use it, you lose it.

HOW IT WORKS:  This team building program is lead by a professional movement teacher/choreographer.  Our teachers have over 20 years experience working with groups of all ages and experience.  No previous experience or classes in movement or dance is required to participate in this fun team building program.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS:  This program can be facilitated indoors or outside.  An area large enough to give each participant a 3’ x 3’ space.

 DURATION:  2 – 4  hours

 GROUP SIZE:  6 – 600 persons.
