Wok-Athon (Team Cooking)
A competitive, culinary team building program in which participants work in teams to prepare a variety of dishes in electric woks. Hosted by an Executive Chef and a hysterical comedienne this program is a foody’s delight, but every participant needs to be careful not to laugh too hard or the food may come out their nose.
This team cooking program is really two team building experiences in one. Firstly, it is a fun, exciting program in which your group competes against one another to create the most delicious recipes (three courses). Secondly, it is a social event in which your entire group gets to break bread together and enjoy the fruits of their labor with a delicious shared meal. While electric woks are used to cook the dishes it is not all Chinese cuisine that is being prepared. Teams will be challenged to make all sorts of dishes in the woks including appetizers, side dishes, meat and fish dishes and desserts – even French crepes!!!
Wok-Athon comes with all the equipment, ingredients, fun and culinary team work. It also includes a comic Emcee who keeps the laughs going, and a professional Executive Chef who will give teams cooking tips and even share some culinary secrets. In the end it is up to the teams to work together to create their own winning interpretations of the recipes.

GROUP SIZE: 4 – 400 persons
DURATION: 2 – 4 hours
SPACE REQUIREMENTS: A private area large enough to accommodate your group for both cooking and dining. It must include tables, chairs, electricity and access to sinks with hot running water for the cleaning of the cooking utensils between courses.
