Yoga Stress Relief

AG-RFP-Button This program is one of our new Health & Wellness Team Programs. Whether your group are experienced in yoga or complete novices our certified yoga instruction will lead your team through a variety of stress-busting exercises. This is a great program to include at a meeting, conference or a retreat as the Yoga session will clear the mind, reduce stress and re-energize your group.

NGYogaThere are number of styles of Yoga.  Hot Power Vinyasa practice emphasizes a continuous flow of movement & breath using a variety of ancient poses and sequences. Each part of the body (inside and out) is explored and worked in a deep and mindful way. This practice builds strength, tones and detoxifies. Vinyasa is a fun and creative practice requiring focus and dedication. All levels will enjoy this program!

GROUP SIZE:  3 – 30 persons

DURATION: 20 minutes – 2 hours

SPACE REQUIREMENTS:  This program may be facilitated indoors or outside.  An area with 6′ x 6′ for each participant is required.
